Short Term Accommodation (STA)
High quality respite care in a safe and positive environment where your needs are always put first.
Medium Term Accommodation (MTA)
We work closely with your support network to provide you with temporary accommodation for up to 3 months.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
We will deliver all of your daily care needs and help you develop new skills whilst you remain in the care of our certified support workers.
Community Participation
Community access and social interaction can sometimes be difficult for people with a disability. We make it a priority to provide you with social opportunities and support you to actively participate in the community.

Community access and participation
At Crossgain, we assist you in connecting with the community as you engage in a variety of social and recreational activities. CCR is here to help you to engage in community, social, and/or recreational activities. We promise to support you every step of the way when it comes to new and exciting experiences. These activities can be in group settings or as an individual.
Household tasks
It doesn’t matter what the cause of this limitation is, CCR is at hand to help. CCR can readily step in to assist with the everyday activities of life.
This includes but is not limited to
Kitchen tasks (meals preparation, cooking, dish washing and tidying up)
Laundry tasks (washing, hanging, ironing, wardrobe care)
Bedrooms care (bed making, airing the bedding, tidying up)

Assistance with travel and travel arrangements
We offer a range of transport options across the western suburbs of Melbourne and Regional Victoria.
